In 2002, Pete was appointed as Vice President of Engineering and Chief Technical Officer for Encad, a wholly owned subsidiary of Eastman Kodak Company that provided wide format inkjet printers, inks, and media. In late 2006, Pete was appointed to Director of R&D and Vice President for Kodak’s Retail Systems Solutions business, where he integrated and managed R&D for Kodak’s Photography businesses, including Retail Kiosks, Photo Labs, Printers & Consumables (Thermal, Inkjet, and Electro-Photographic), Software (On-Line, Retail, Professional Labs, Desktop, Mobile, and Cloud Services), and completely integrated System Solutions. In late 2013 that business was spun out of Eastman Kodak as part of a divestiture, and Pete continued as Director of R&D and Vice President at Kodak Alaris, a privately held company based in the UK. In early 2017 Pete established Rudak Engineering, where he currently serves as President & CEO.
