Bradford L. Goldense, NPDP, CMfgE, CPIM, CCP, is CEO of Goldense Group, Inc. (GGI), a 30-year-old Needham, Massachusetts consulting, education and research firm that provides advanced business and technology management services to companies that create and commercialize products. He is an internationally recognized expert in product development, innovation, and R&D metrics practices and is a speaker at industry-wide conferences and seminars.
Mr. Goldense has consulted with more than 200 of the Fortune 1000 in more than 500 manufacturing locations across North America, South America, Europe, Asia and the Middle East. Abbott Laboratories, Bayer, S.C. Johnson, Ford, General Motors, John Deere, Philips, United Technologies, Carrier, Molex, Monsanto, Bose and Shure are among GGI’s clients. He previously held positions at Texas Instruments, Price Waterhouse, Knight & Associates, Index Group, and a family engineering business.
He holds a BS in Civil Engineering from Brown University and an MBA focused in Cost Accounting and Operations from Cornell University. He is a certified New Product Development Professional by the Product Development and Management Association, a Certified Manufacturing Engineer by the Society of Manufacturing Engineers, a Certified Computer Professional by the Institute for Certification of Computer Professionals, and is certified in Production and Inventory Management by the American Production and Inventory Control Society.
Mr. Goldense is a retired member of the graduate engineering school adjunct faculty at the Gordon Institute of Tufts University in Medford, Massachusetts, after lecturing and teaching for 19 years. He is also Founder and past President of the Society of Concurrent Product Development, the successor organization to the Society of Concurrent Engineering that spawned from IBM.
