Protecting our computer systems from malicious attacks has become a national problem in the last several years. Attacks from nation states and criminal organizations have significantly escalated both in frequency and sophistication. One of the primary capabilities available to cyber defenders is the ability to look for patterns in network and host traffic that indicate malicious activity. The Neuromorphic Cyber Microscope changes the game in affordable, complex pattern matching. This novel product provides security analysts with unprecedented visibility of their network, computer and storage assets. Hardware and software sensors act as the eyes and ears looking for the complex patterns that indicate malicious activity. As questionable patterns are detected, alerts are generated and consolidated in a Security Management System where analysts can mine the data for actionable threats.
